Reports must be for patients 18 years or older.
You may submit one report per submission.

This service explains the written radiology report, not the imaging itself.
This service does not provide medical diagnoses or second opinions.

Pricing applies to a single imaging exam.

Diagnostic mammogram and breast ultrasound performed for the same concern are considered a single exam, even if they appear as separate reports.
